k0.sourdough was born from a quiet revolution in my home kitchen—a place where fermentation, intuition, and nutrition come together. Named after my very first “kid” (before my two little ones), k0 is more than a sourdough starter. It’s a living symbol of patience, nourishment, and creativity.

Each bread is naturally leavened with my beloved k0 sourdough starter, slowly fermented for at least 24h, and made with simple, honest ingredients crafted to nourish your body, support better digestion, and reconnect you with the true taste of bread.

Order online and have your bread ready for pick up in various locations across Werdenberg CH/Liechtenstein region.
